Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue… I have the something blue and new. I’m still working on the other two. However, today, Mrs. Robbie gave me the most amazing old thing EVER!!! I would walk down the aisle with it but I’m pretty sure my future hubby would look at me kind of funny!!! Today, while pouring over Pampered Chef decisions, I mentioned that I had an obsession with bread bowls! Yes, I am talking about the very old bowls that our great, great, great grandmothers would have used to make biscuits in. I know, you must be wondering where that obsession comes from and I can’t really give you an answer! My mom has had a bread bowl as long as I can remember. I loved this bowl as a little girl! I always admired it! I have secretly been looking for one on eBay for the past couple of months and shared that secret with my mom about a week ago. While in wedding mode I thought it would be a great addition to my kitchen and pretty much decided I would give myself one. Well, the search is over! Mrs. Robbie came to the rescue today when she heard that I was looking for one! Here is a picture of us and my new/old bread bowl! It was Luke’s great-great-great grandmothers! I could not get to the car fast enough to call him and tell him about my new exquisite bowl!!! I am so excited and I have already been to Birmingham to find the perfect spot! It means so much to me!!! Thank you so much, Mrs. Robbie!!!!
